Quick Issue Assessment

Important Note: If any one gas appliance is working, then your gas supply is established. Please contact a Gas Safe Registered Installer for boiler-specific issues.
No Gas To All Appliances
If none of your gas appliances are working, follow these steps:
For Credit Meter:
- Check your thermostat – 21°C is an average room temperature. Having your heating controls set below this may cause the system to cut off.
- Recent modifications? – Have you carried out any alterations or additions to your installation recently?
- Supply reconnection – If there have been recent installations, has the gas been re-established by a Gas Safe Registered Installer?
- Contact installer – If the supply has not been re-established by a Gas Safe Installer, please contact your installer to reconnect the supply.
- Emergency assistance – If there have been no changes to your installation, please contact the NI Gas Emergency Line on 0800 002 001.
