1. To be eligible for the £300 Cash Back Offer, you must be an Owner Occupier/Landlord (the “Customer”) have an old oil boiler or solid fuel, with limited to no heating controls and have fully complied with these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Customer must register interest in switching to natural gas with Kinecx Energy before 31st May 2026. Kinecx Energy must confirm that the property referenced is readily connectible to the Kinecx Energy gas network. The decision of Kinecx Energy shall be final.
3. The Cash Back Offer will be processed by Kinecx Energy once a Gas Safe Registered Installer’s invoice is submitted to Kinecx Energy, as agreed with the Customer. Boiler make, model & serial number must be on each claim, and be clearly marked ‘£300 Cash Back.’
4. The Customers must be burning natural gas to claim the £300 Cash Back Offer.
5. If works commence without appropriate permissions, Kinecx Energy hold the right to withdraw any contributions in relation to the £300 Cash Back Offer.
6. The Cash Back Offer does not apply to existing customers, new build properties, NIHE tenants or Housing Association tenants.
7. The maximum liability of Kinecx Energy in relation to the Cash Back Offer is £300 in aggregate.
8. The Cash Back Offer cannot be used in conjunction with the 0% Finance.
9. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other Kinecx Energy offers or any other independent schemes/grants.
10. Each Customer must ensure that the full conversion is completed by a Gas Safe Registered Installer and be fully operational in the property referenced on the GAF (Registered Property) and claim made within 63 days of the meter being fitted. Otherwise, the authorisation number shall be void and the Customer shall not be entitled to receive £300 Cash Back Offer from Kinecx Energy.
11. The Cash Back Offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.
